• Wallet addresses you connect to view on-chain balances or complete blockchain transactions.
• Custodial transaction details you submit when using social sign-in and payment features.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Basic device, browser, IP, and usage data needed to secure and operate the service.
• Session and authentication state stored in cookies, local storage, or Firebase Auth persistence.
• On-chain activity and public blockchain data associated with wallets or vault positions.

3. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and maintain account access.
• Operate wallet connectivity, checkout, and custodial investment flows.
• Display vault positions, transaction history, and portfolio metrics.
• Detect abuse, fraud, payment issues, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Third Parties

We use third-party providers such as Firebase, Stripe, wallet connectivity infrastructure, RPC providers, and market or blockchain data services. These providers may process data as needed to deliver authentication, payments, and application functionality.

5. Blockchain and Custody Notice

• Blockchain transactions are public and may be permanently visible on public networks.
• For custodial accounts, internal balance records may be maintained in our backend systems in addition to on-chain records.
• We never ask self-custody users for wallet seed phrases or private keys.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some financial or compliance records may need to be retained longer than account-profile data.

7. Your Choices

• You may disconnect a wallet or sign out of your account at any time.
• You may request account deletion or a data-access request by contacting us.
• Certain records, including blockchain activity and legally required financial records, cannot always be deleted.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and you should use strong passwords, device security, and reputable wallet software.

9. Children's Privacy

AI Invest is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use investment-related features.
