By using AI Invest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AI Invest provides information about a tokenized vault, wallet connectivity, optional custodial investment workflows, portfolio tracking, and related product features.

3. Eligibility

• You must be legally able to use the service and at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

4. Accounts and Authentication

• You may access the service through supported wallet connections or approved sign-in providers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, and credentials.
• You may not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Wallets, Blockchain Activity, and Custodial Features

• Self-custody users remain responsible for their wallets, signatures, addresses, and transactions.
• Blockchain activity is irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
• Custodial features, where offered, are subject to additional settlement, compliance, payment, redemption, and transfer restrictions.

6. No Financial Advice

• All information is provided for informational purposes only.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for any investment decision, transaction, transfer, or redemption.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not abuse, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• You may not attempt fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or unauthorized access.
• You may not submit false payment, identity, or destination wallet information.

8. Third-Party Services

The product depends on third-party infrastructure such as Firebase, Stripe, wallet providers, RPC endpoints, and public blockchains. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or acts of those third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, branding, software, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, digital assets, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

12. Changes and Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
• We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

13. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
